- Joseph SD 6: $150,040 ($442.89 per student)
- Wallowa SD 12: $148,210 ($447.15 per student)
- Enterprise SD 21: $245,370 ($445.44 per student)
- Troy: $12,640 ($438.41 per student)
- Blue Mountain Community College: If the measures fail, BMCC could be forced to raise tuition 9%, cap enrollment, suspend programs, and eliminate faculty positions as a result of a 5% reduction in Community College State Funding.
- Eastern Oregon University could lose $1.67 million, resulting in higher tuition, staff and faculty layoffs, and program reductions.
